Postcard sent by Richard C. Drum, Adjutant General of the United States Army, to Stephen B. Luce recommending Lieutenant Tasker H. Bliss for post at the Naval War College as instructor of Military Science. Drum writes that Tasker would be a better selection over Luce's pick, writing that Tasker is "one of the most accomplished officers," and he wants Luce to "have the very best man."
